Ramayana Candidasa Beach Resort

This was our first stop in our trip to Bali. We stayed 3 nights. Our room was very clean, comfortable beds and the air conditioner worked perfectly. I can’t say enough about the staff. Everyone was so polite, friendly, happy and treated us like totality. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. So much to choose from! We’ll definitely be back!!

We were very happy there. The only negative was the food at the restaurant. We had lunch there 3 times and every time the food was very average. The food is never hot, lukewarm at best but they need to up their game with the menu for lunch.

Fantastic hotel. The minute we walked in we were greeted with huge Bali smiles, a drink on arrival and a cold flannel to cool us down. Hotel room was very spacious with loads of room to place your clothes. Good a/c which is a bonus. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection.

Candidasa is a perfect area to get away from the hustle and bustle of South Bali, and the Ramayana is a top-notch resort to unwind. The pool is excellent, plenty of western and local dining options, and diving boat pickup literally next door. Love this place and I'll definitely be back!!

Beautiful grounds, and staff made for a very memorable holiday. Would definitely visit again and highly recommend.

We arrived after a long travel day & it was dark. We were told about upgraded rooms & felt obligated to view them. One was a ocean view, it was dark & we were informed there was a passenger ship out there which was the lights. We woke in the morning to the view of 3 container ships, not an idyllic ocean view & was very dissatisfied with this, especially as it had cost a lot of money for the upgrade. I spoke with reception at 8am our 1st morning & expalined i wasnt happy with room, it wasnt worth the money we had been charged & felt missold on the view. Eventually we got our money back & we left to travel the beautiful Bali. The hotel itself is lovely, staff friendly & professional however when a customer is unhappy with something within 12hrs it should be sorted ASAP

Just a beautiful resort with friendly staff. I stayed here and then returned to stay again. For some reason I had zero GI issues with their food, the only place in Bali that I can say that about.
