"The stay was in general very exhausting and will never go there again!"

The bed was very comfortable.

First, the room light was not working and we had to keep the bathroom door open for light. For the bathroom, the liquid hand soap dispenser was completely empty, there were no cups to drink/gargle, no dental kit, and there were only two shower towels but no face towels. I went to the reception asked the lady if she could help but she left outside to have a phone call and directed me to her colleague who didn't know where he could get all those missing things until he asked her to come back after nearly 20 minutes of searching and then she came back to get me the missing things in less than a minute. As for the breakfast, there were no varieties and also there was no milk replacements for people who suffer lactose intolerance or who are vegan.
