Bra läge mitt i Kiel. Inget utöver det vanliga men helt ok för en natt. Frukosten var bra.

Mindre hotel i roligt område. 5 min gang fra gågaderne

Wir waren 2 Nächte im Hotel, das in manchen Bereichen renovierungsbeduerftig ist. Unser Zimmer war ok - schon renoviert. Nachteilig ist dass es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt, da das Hotel 4 Etagen hat. Das Frühstück war einfach aber ausreichend. Wir hätten uns noch Ruehrei gewünscht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Our stay was very enjoyable. It is a very nice hotel. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was also very good. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is also very close to the centre of Kiel.

Som navnet tilsier enkel standard, men rommet var lyst og hyggelig, betjeningen veldig imøtekommende og beliggenheten sentral og forholdsvis stille. Rent bortsett fra noen gamle blodflekker (!) på gulvet på rommet var jeg godt fornøyd. Det er ikke heis i hotellet.

This was overall a nice stay @ basic city hotel. The breakfast was included in the room rate and was unexpectedly good. Room was petite but quite comfy.

This isn't a luxury hotel but that's reflected in the price. My room was small and no-frills but completely serviceable. Single bed with a Picasso poster above the bed, a desk, a sunny window, and an IKEA storage unit plus a private bathroom with shower. I was very comfortable here. You can here some noise the hallways (comings and goings) but it didn't stand in the way of me getting a good night's sleep. Breakfast is included in the price and there's a nice selection of food served in a nice space. The concierge was very helpful and friendly. I was trying to arrange a car share out of Kiel due to the DBahn train strikes and having a lot of trouble because of my limited German skills. The lady who works there during the daytime went out of her way to help me. Location is good -- a five minute walk from the plaza with the opera house and Rathaus (Ratskeller?). I would definitely recommend this hotel to any budget travelers to Kiel!

the blinds aren't dark enough to keep the light out (very problematic,as in summer it's only dark from 00.00-04.00).in 3 days stay, only gave 1 fresh set of towels in a double room.receptionist didn't speak english.no elevator.

The rooms are clean and there are no carpets (excellent!). WiFi is included in the rate and the internet speed is sufficient for working. Breakfast is definitely a highlight. A bonus is the parking space behind the hotel. I will gladly stay there again!
