Hilton Garden Inn Dayton/ Beavercreek

My wife and I stay at this hotel every time we visit family in Beavercreek and it never disappoints. This time was exceptional because when I couldn't get my Roku to connect to our TV, the manager upgraded us to a suite where the TVs were more compatible. On top of that, she's always pleasant and welcoming every trip along with the rest of the staff. This will continue to be our go-to hotel when we're in the area

Was there for 3 nights..towels were changed one time. Bed was never made or changed. Bathroom door needs replaced. Door missing on refrigerator...for what i paid for the room and never get the rewards for my stay is useless. My rewards number...

The staff were so kind and seemed happy to be there.

Ice machines broke. Heating unit looked like it was falling off the wall and thermostat on wall didn’t work. Front desk clerk was awesome, very friendly!

The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable,in a good area, and staff is helpful. Only things I would want to change is to have body wash instead of bar soap (just a preference) and the convenience items (drinks/snacks) are alittle higher than I typically see when traveling. All and all a great place to stay. I have stayed at the Beavercreek OH location 3x. Never had a bad experience.

We were very pleased w the cleanliness and appearance. Staff was nice, friendly. Wifi & cable was terrible. Gym & pool was closed. One of the reasons we chose the hotel was a pool for our teens. Apparently its had a busted pipe for quite some time. No room service. Restruant/lounge closwd. Virtually a ghost town. Was offered a holiday box lunch for $15 each. My husband got one. Was not worth the $15. Had a party of 4. Towels left etc were clearly for a party of 2. I understand itvwas a holiday weekend but was very disappointed. Exspecially when we had called several times to confirm the hotel would have these things due to the holiday and was told yes. The only thing mentioned was there may not be enough guest or staff for the lounge. I understand that. We didnt expect it to be open w down attendance. Felt we were warranted a phone call to alert us of the rest prior to our visit or given offered a discount or room upgrade. Clearly you had the space. Nothing was mentioned at check in either. We found these things out on our own as time passed. We checked in approx 2.45 and being 30 min from home and very disappointed checked out at 5.30. Still charged 101.00 of the initial 150.00 cost. Not pleased. Will not rent here again.

Great location. Staff is amazing; kind, friendly, and’s knowledgeable. Roma are nice.

The pillows were horrible it was the worst sleep I’ve got in a long time
