Staff was great!!

No hot water, only body temperature. Coffee maker did not work, but they did think they fixed it but didnt. There was dirty napkins under the desk. The pillows were old and crumpled. The temperature would not stay consistent regardless of what the thermoset was set at.

The room was top-notch, very comfortable. The entire hotel was clean. Staff were great and very helpful.

We were staying overnight for a sporting event the following day. We had planned a busy day out in the area and planned to have an active evening at the pool, so we went to bed early. When we got to the pool it had been overfilled and it was so cold you couldn't enjoy it. The front desk staff had to let us in the pool because the key card access wouldn't work. When she saw it was full, she immediately sent maintenance to fix whatever the issue was. He responded promptly but told us that when it's overfilled, the heater doesn't work well and would probably take about 30 minutes to start warming up. We eased in to try to get past the cold but couldn't take it very long. The other thing was breakfast, I should have read closer to see there wasn't a buffet breakfast early enough for a quick bite on the way out the door. I'm sure the made to order breakfast would have been great, it just didn't work out for our day.
