Location comfort

The AC unit seemed to be causing a humidity issue in our room. Maintenance checked it but the wetness continued to cause a musty smell. Other rooms seemed fine but we couldn’t switch rooms due to the hotel being fully booked. We were there for 4 nights so it was uncomfortable. Otherwise the place was good.

"Perfect location to go to a concert"

We stayed here to go to a James Taylor concert. It was the perfect location. The room was extremely clean. It’s very convenient to shopping and restaurants.

"Great place!!"

We booked here when we bought last minute tickets to a concert at Gilford. This hotel exceeded our expectations. We were able to check in a full hour early which was much appreciated after a long drive. Our room was far more spacious than I expected. The staff was all wonderful. Zero complaints! Also can't beat a FREE hot breakfast in the morning, and the 24 hr coffee station is great. Highly recommend!

The room was filthy. Stains on sheets, floor and bedding. Visible mold in shower and tub. Not acceptable when you are paying $300 a night. The hotel is conveniently located.
