If I would’ve known about the construction in advance I would’ve not made the reservation. I couldn’t see the reply from booking. Com The main reason to go there was to swim in the pool & relax. The pool was closed & no breakfast due to the construction. There was a dog on our floor that was barking off and on. The room was clean. The person that checked us in was not very informative. When we checked out the woman was more professional. It’s too bad because I do like Hampton Inns. I was not satisfied at all.

Room far exceeded my expectations. Staff was friendly and helpful

Remodeling in front entrance but I understand it is to make the facility even better

It was under construction. Had to use the side entrance. When I was registering, i had to do it in a hallway where construction was going on just to the right of us. The elevator and floors were dirty due to the construction crew, utilizing the elevator as well. We were told we could use a voucher to the Holiday Inn, which was a mile down the street for our breakfast the next morning. I feel that the facility should’ve notified us that the hotel would be under construction during our stay.
