The room is always clean with no odors! Odors and smells are very sensitive to me and it always has a scent of "welcome" when you get here. And Caraway has been awesome both times I've been here. Even when I thought my requests were a little bizarre, Caraway was so kind and patient. 10/10

What I especially liked was the staff. They were very responsive to my needs. When we arrived, the blinds did not work properly. I called the desk and within 10 minutes the engineer was in our room and replaced the defective items.

There is a problem with the designated smoking area. The bench there is so very uncomfortable that my back was sore for 2 days. There was no comfortable outside seating.

"Ricky the man’s is not a reasonable human being"

Full transparency - the beds were comfortable, the cooks/attendants were warm and friendly, the room was clean and accommodating for my 90 year old mother and I however the manager is horrible. According to Ricky, my puppy caused damage to the room during our stay. How did I find out that Ricky believes my puppy caused damage? Ricky deducted $150.00 from my account without asking. informing or sharing photos he claims he has. His justification for taking funds from my account without my permission is “I have photos.” My recommendation is to visit the hotel and stay away from Ricky. He does not treat guests like human beings.
