Beautiful facility, great condition, friendly and helpful staff across all departments! Linette at the front desk was fantastic 👏 👌!

The property was beautiful. A little wear and tear but nothing significant. Safe didn't work, TV signal went in and out. Lots of wildlife, flora and beautiful water fountains.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly rude, dismissive and disrespectful to my family and I. Simple requests or questions were met by the front desk and housekeeping staff with utter disdain. We were hung up on three times by Kim without even saying goodbye after a request. Never serviced our room so we ended up having to change out our own bed linens after 4 requests that night. Waitstaff was horrendous. We were walked by passed over and met again with disdain and disrespect. Lynette at the front desk after learning that we received poor service at la Margherita gave us free cocktail certificates and notified the bar. We went to redeem them, received even worse service and were given cocktails with little to no alcohol in them. It was very obvious to us and others that we were not welcome there.

We live close by and always forget it’s there. Stayed one night. Wife had a massage day booked. They do a great job of keeping up with the grounds and buildings. Room was nice, quiet, ac blew cold. It was a great time. Foods awesome, pool bar was fun.

My grandson and I had such an amazing stay. Lynette welcomed us at the front desk and told us everything about the resort. She sent us on a scavenger hunt and was always available with good information and we really enjoyed her. Pamela at Knickers was also extremely friendly and gave us great recommendations! We are already talking about coming back! We had such a fun stay! Also we enjoyed Ron our shuttle driver! He had so much knowledge of the history of the resort and his rides were so fun! Thank you all for making our visit one we will never forget! We can’t wait to return!

Staff was great but room just smelled old. You could hear people next door and above so it wasn’t a peaceful morning with doors being shut and people making noise. Grounds are pretty just needs updating and renovations.

A one-night getaway. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the hotel was quiet and it had a nice charm.
