I enjoyed the top-rate hotel accommodations and service.

My door keys stopped working on my last night’s stay. The next morning, I got locked out of my room, and had to go to the front desk to get to new keys. I met a maintenance worker, who explained that he had to put new battery in my door lock. Once this was done, my new keys worked perfect, but I was already late for my appointment. This is the only complaint I had, but it was a big deal nonetheless.
