Die Zimmer könnten etwas sauberer sein, leider wurde nicht einmal gesaugt/gefegt in einer Woche. Ansonsten war alles Bestens und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Großteil des Personals hat mit einer freundlichen Art mehr als überzeugt!

"Reception staff fabulous."

Breakfast choice very good indeed. We also had dinner which again was very good, great variety on offer. Staff were very very helpful and friendly

The room wasn’t refreshed very well on days two and three. We had to ask for soap and the glasses weren’t replaced. Reception made a note of this but the cleaning staff still did not replace dirty room glasses

Alles super. Tolles Personal. Bei dem Abendessen gab's ab und zu viel Fett. Es ist vermutlich nicht anders möglich wenn für soviele Leute warm gehalten werden soll.

Zu weit entfernt vom Meer zu Fuß! Insgesamt muss mehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet werden! ( Zimmer,Pool,Toiletten in der Lobby etc.) Überrascht waren wir vom Essen! Täglich verschiedene und frische Auswahl von Speisen!

Good location, and nice views from the rooms facing the pool. Okay value for the money if you got a special deal.

Very poor customer service, especially in the reception. Doesn't look like the hotel cares if guests will come back. My 4th time in Mallorca, least lucky with this hotel. Beautiful pool area, but how come is it allowed to smoke??? Each sunbed has an ashtray on the table. Another thing - the hotel is really popular among germans. 90% of the guests are old germans, so in case you are under 40 and especially under 30 - maybe look for another hotel, unless you're not planning to hang out much in the hotel.

Kleineres Hotel. Modern. Es gibt aber auch noch ältere Zimmer. Die waren nicht so ansprechend wie die renovierten Zimmer. Leider keine Animation wie Mini Disco. Essen ist lecker, aber keine sehr große Auswahl. Gibt Themenabende.
