Sehr schöne Unterkunft, hat alles Erfüllt was wir benötigen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Great 2 night stay. I did have a minor issue with the key card at first but staff were on it right away and didnt take away from the stay.

I had a little bit of trouble in getting the reservation number in a timelymanner, which was necessary to activate the Bern "welcome" card, which is different from the Expedia one. Butafter a couple of requests, I got it over a phone call, just before getting on a tram, so no problem after all, but maybe for some people it might be stressful to ask many times, so it might be better if you could provide the number more systematically (a friend who stayed at a different hotel received it automatically, without requesting).

In general I had good stay; reception & restaurant staff were very nice & helpful. But, last two nights, I did not have a good sleep as lots of physical activities on top of my room by the hotel staff. It was very bad last night of my stay, many times I woke up due to loud noises and pulling/pushing sounds. I was very tired with no good sleep last night when I went tot the airport for a long air travel. This kind of disturbances by your staff are very unacceptable.

Our family stayed here on a trip to Bern and had a great experience. Google was a little off on driving directions, but were able to navigate our way to the entrance and parking garage. The parking garage had plenty of space and was easy to access. It also had automatic doors which made carrying our luggage very easy. It was also very easy to get to the Town Center with the bus/trolley system (7 minute ride). The rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast was also wonderful and we left full and ready for the day. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Bern.

I made an enquiry about travel before our visit and was impressed with the service I got then. On arrival, Laura at reception made us very welcome and was extremely helpful. We were able to go to our room early which was welcome as it was extremely hot. The room was clean and comfortable and although there was no air conditioning, an excellent fan was provided. A very pleasant stay in a welcoming and comfortable hotel, convenient for both buses and trams
