Great location. Close to subway. Staff were friendly. Room are nice, clean, and big. Gym and pool are pretty good. The property feels a bit like it needs an update since Hotel Jen nearby is so much livelier etc

Stayed on the upper floors that had access to the Business Lounge on the top floor, Floor 27. Afternoon cocktails and bites to eat was very relaxing with a decent view over some of the city.

For the price probably not worth it. Everything is overpriced for the food. I know it's CBD Beijing. But it has to be good also. £200 per day.

Staff is really helpful . They assisted us in scheduling tours as well as normal hotel stuff with a smile. Love the rooms especially the bath tub.

The front desk service staff was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. I had just moved from another hotel and left my passport in my check in luggage and didn't have it with me at the desk. Firstly she was annoyed when we could not speak Mandarin and rolled her eyes when we looked confused. Next, instead of explaining nicely that she needed the passport for check in, she raised her voice and gave an extremely annoyed face that I need to go to the luggage and get the passport or I cannot check in. Her name is He An (along those lines). The whole time she was processing our check in she was very unhappy and giving us attitude. It was an extremely unpleasant experience especially since we had just moved from another hotel after a long day. I will definitely not stay here again due to poor service standards.

Staff were helpful and gracious. Room was clean and spacious. I booked a regular room and it seemed like a suite. Hotel is close to the subway.
