Surf Olas Altas

Quisimos usar la alberca como viene en las fotos del hotel, pero está en reparación, eso no viene en la descripción ni tampoco te dicen que esa alberca no funciona, nos mandaron a una muy pequeña en comparación con las fotos. Los canales de la televisión se ven muy borrosos, uno de los cajones del tocador se abría solo y tienes que cuidarte de no pegarte al pasar por ahí. El acceso al estacionamiento es demasiado incómodo y al hacer mi check in me dijo la recepcionista que la hora de salida es a las 12 del día y que si me pasaba 1 minuto tendría que pagar $1,200. En general no lo recomiendo para plan familiar.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Good location and a good restaurant on site for breakfast.

Muy buen hotel, lo único malo sería que la limpieza diaria de la habitación no la hacen a profundidad pero todo lo demás está excelente

Is a very convenient hotel , but elevator wasn’t working, no more pillows for my wife towels look to old TV to small

Buena ubicación, para la playa de Zicatela, mucho ruido por la noche por los lugares cercanos, amplio estacionamiento

The cost doesn’t match the rooms. Not sufficient pillows, or a cover. Missing a towel and no toiletries.

Great place, convenient centrally located an clean.

The towels were very old. I would not stay here again and the water was cold.

Liked the overall hotel from the cleanliness to the parking. Very safe and secure place with lots of options around. Could use a fridge bit other than that all good.
