We won’t stay here again. I actually like the casino, but, that is the only positive. Tried to check in at 6 and was told the room wasn’t ready. Room was gross. Brown water backing up in the shower drain. Neighbors had 4-5 kids in there and they talked/yelled all night. They kept jiggling the door handle between rooms and outside. Servers in the casino were good. Server at Salt and sizzle was ok but really slow. There are a lot of things i could mention, but bottom line is this property is just not up to the standards of other Caesars properties we visit.

"The room was awesome. The checking staff were great, the housekeepers were very friendly."

Room was awesome. Clean, great bathroom. Great view in the 11th floor.

The bar staff were not friendly. Had to beg to get their attention. The parking ramp needs a cleaning.
