I like the location of the property

I did not like that. They’re actually is not room service available. Most staff really don’t have answers to questions. You’re just tossed around from this department to that department and nobody can really answer your questions. The hot water is not hot at all in the showers it takes 30 minutes for the water to even heat up and even then it’s like a lukewarm shower. The air in the rooms was an absolute joke, room was never at a comfortable level and as going into the summer was very disappointed with how hot the room was. The beds need some updating. They were uncomfortable and the pillows even more so uncomfortable. The hot tub is not hot. Overall, I think that this hotel needs a revamp. Lots of things around the hotel, especially around the pool area that need updating as it’s seen better days. The spa really needs a receptionist at the front door greeting people, even if the days are by appointment only we sat in the spa for about 15 minutes waiting on someone to come in and greet us and no one ever showed. We were there ready to spend money and we were never greeted to do so which was very disappointing!
