Red Roof Inn Copiague

Initial room was in need of maintenance. Hotel is located amid other building and well off the thoroughfare.

This was in a great location. There was fast food options close by. Every quiet!

Overall clean, but felt very unsafe, TV didnt get signal. Had odd smell, no bed bugs so that was good.

Not much. The mattress is good.

Because our key card would only work for a day, we had to go to the office every single day for a new key card. Also the tub had no floor mat in it and the faucet in the tub was broken, so that whenever we took a shower the water came out of the shower spigot AND the tub at the same time. The tub filled up with water making the tub very slippery and since there was NO BAR in the tub to hold onto I almost fell more than once. There was also a bad leak in the faucet on the vanity so that all my cosmetics I had on it were soaking wet.

Location was a bit sketchy. There was a boom box party going on in the parking lot across the street.

As soon as I arrived, I noticed the bullet proof partition in the lobby. Already knew what kind of a place I booked. Room was dismal, tv would not shut off, & there was a smell in the room I could not put my finger on.

It was clean, staff were pleasent.

What you would expect from a Red Roof. Cheap, clean good for one night.

Staff is great. Lobby needs a public restroom. But I was otherwise pleasantly surprised. I'll come back.
