I am very disappointed with my stay at Caroline Apartments. I have already reached out through bookings.com with feedback and also spoke to someone at reception, who promised that someone would get back to me by today (Tuesday). Unfortunately, this has not happened. To re-state my experience: the bathroom facilities were extremely poor. The bathroom fan did not work at all, so after every shower — even with the door left open — the bathroom became very foggy and all of our toiletries were left wet from moisture. The bathroom tap was also broken. It was extremely difficult to lift in order to turn it on, and it was constantly leaking 24/7 for the entire three days we stayed. The continuous leaking noise kept us up at night and was incredibly frustrating. On top of this, we woke up to piles of water around the toilet for two days, indicating there was clearly a leak somewhere. I am not usually one to complain, however the bathroom facilities were a huge let down, especially considering the cost of the stay. I was expecting a much higher standard. I am hoping that Caroline Apartments can acknowledge this experience and accommodate me with some form of compensation. I have videos to also show if need be. However it only allows me to insert photographs.

Close to shops, cafes and a walk to the beach. Great sized apartment, bathrooms and amenities. Really comfortable. Service was good and accommodating when someone parked in our designated parking bay.

Being so close to the train line meant we heard the trains all night and from early in the morning. Pillows weren’t super comfortable.

The location was fantastic, only a few minutes walk from the railway station and a little more from cafes and restaurants

Location! Close to everything you need when staying in Brighton. The Washing machine is very helpful when travelling.

The apartment complex is situated on the train line and is very noisy (as the train toots every time it comes through the station). Tissues, toilet paper and tea etc in the units are cheap brands. Better quality products would be nice given the rate per night.
