I thought that because they advertised as service apartments they would be serviced every, if not every second, day. I had to make a request for the apartment to be cleaned another day that we were there.

Location

Noise from the trains late night and very early morning and pub next door emptying bottles at 4:30am. Apartment tired and need of refurb. With noisy aircon as couldn’t doors due to train noise.

The minute you walked into the building you get the feeling it’s better than most. And it was. The room was stylist, have great facilities and a huge balcony.

"Great - lovely apartment, good location near station for central Melbourne."

Loved it - spacious, had everything -washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, good hot water, powerful shower, quite quiet (it was over Christmas!). Had to book last minute as other accommodation for whole family not suitable so we moved out - and so lucky. This was very reduced in price! Also very close to station for trains into central Melbourne. Would definitely book again.
