Mediocre breakfast. We had avocado on toast. So much vinegar in avocado we could not eat it.

The full English Breakfast was very good, The location was central. Lewes is very hilly . The hotel is uphill from the station. The compensation is the view from the dining room which is lovely.r

The stairs ! But, we understand why there is no Livy and it retains the character of an old coaching inn.
