Location location location. Quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I was surprised as this was my 3rd stay that although there is a microwave there is no eating crockery or utensils. Just coffee-making stuff. I didn't remember that situation BUT I am prepared these days with my own plastic plates and a set of cutlery WHEREVER I go because I am finding this is not unusual. The room has a microwave BUT no plates, cutlery, washing up equipment.

I've stayed at the accommodation several times. The room and bed was ideal for one person. And yes, the room was clean, or to my standards.

That the laundry facilities didn't work and therefore I had to hang washed clothes on the dining chairs in the room. Therefore having to leave the fans of fast throughout the day for the clothes to dry. It would be great to have a clothes rack available in the rooms.
