Best Western Plus Tree House

Pool and hot tub are awesome and beds are very comfortable.

The staff is lovely and helpful. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are roomy. There are suites that can work for families. There is a nice indoor pool and hot tub. The location is ideal. There are electric vehicle chargers. There is a restaurant on site, a market across the street, and a nice coffee shop walkable. It was perfect for our large group ski adventure.

I think they need to (and plan to) update their key card system.

This was our second time staying at the Tree House, and we LOVE it! Great location along I-5 with mature trees and fabulous views of Mt. Shasta. The check-in and check-out were welcoming and friendly, and the rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. And they're very welcoming to dogs, with several pet-friendly areas surrounding the hotel. The indoor pool/spa is large and clean, and the large spa felt wonderful after our ten-hour travel day. The workout room is a bit small, but adequate to get your blood moving after a long day in the car, or before a long travel day. The restaurants served fabulous food, and the staff was attentive, warm, and welcoming. Evidently it's also a popular local go-to dining establishment, and our server thought we were from around there. They also had a Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner notice hanging on the front door. The decor is rustic, with lots of beautiful wood used throughout. Lots of charging stations located around the hotel too, for the e-vehicle travelers. We're heading back home from Southern California in a couple of days, and we'll be staying at the Tree House, again.
