I had a great stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a convenient location. The subway is nearby and Tanukikoji Shopping Street is just a short walk away with lots of restaurants and shops. I enjoyed the quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapporo.

接客など不満は一切ありませんでした。しかしホテル一階のハプナでの朝食が酷かった。自分で作る海鮮丼なども食べられると書いてあったが、生の魚はサーモンのみ。あとは脂だらけの真っ白なマグロのたたき、いくらなど6.7種類あったけど、あれを海鮮丼と言われると… その他は特に美味しいものもなく、お金を無駄に使った感が否めない。どうせ北海道に行ったのなら絶対に朝食は他で食べることをおすすめします！

It is a ok hotel. One feedback is that I booked a triple sharing room and they still give a room for 2 persons and squeezed a bed in for the third person. It makes the room very small for 3. They should have placed us in a larger room. Forza hotel in Kyoto did just that for a triple sharing room!
