very warm rooms,close to local shops and restaurants,close to ski lifts. nice play room for kids. sauna and gym always available. friendly staff

very tight and unlimited parking spaces under carpark,but there is free car park 5min walk from property. poor condition of shower,damp and mold spots everywhere very dangerous ice and snow falling from roof (thanks good,no one didn’t get hurt) but back entrance ground was damaged and u could easily fall down to underground garage.

The apartments at Villa Frejus Residence are fantastic - exactly what you need for a good base for a holiday. Everything was clean and working when we arrived, the staff are really helpful and the hotel is owned by someone that really cares about you having a good stay. They cannot do enough to help you. The small kitchen has everything you need and the apartment has plenty of storage. Location is great as you can get the free shuttles to the ski pistes or town, however you can walk to both in around 10 mins. We have stayed many times and are booking for next year shortly !

Abbiamo usufruito del residence villa Frejus per- 1 settimana con la mia famiglia. Il soggiorno è andata complessivamente piuttosto bene. L'appartamento era funzionale e cnfortevole aveva solo piccole problematiche (la scala interna aveva dei pioli non fissati, c'era un presa elettrica che non funzionava e il rubinetto del bagno era bloccato dal calcare). Tutte queste piccole cose sono state segnalate e sistemate prontamente dal personale quindi nulla da dire. Unica nota i servizi, quali sauna, palesta e la baby sala giochi (davvero utile l'abbiamo usata moltissimo sono accessibli sono in orario di reception (10-12 e 15-18.30) il che magari non permette di poterli sfruttare appieno, valutere un'estensione di orario
