Please note that public parking is available nearby for a discounted rate or valet parking is available upon availability and for a surcharge. Please note that the Superior Room can accommodate a baby crib, or it can accommodate an extra bed upon request and subject to availability. The property reserves the right to make a pre-authorization on your credit card. It is open Monday to Friday from 6pm to 9pm and Saturday and Sunday from 4pm to 7pm. Please note that you will find a drop-off in front of the hotel to check in and bring your luggage. We have a parking 2 min walk from the hotel (15€/night/vehicle, subject to availability and a reservation is necessary). There is also a secure public car park 4 min walk Q-park La Cassine (3.10€/6hours max 18.10/24h).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Le lieu est idéalement situé et le personnel est incroyablement sympathique.

Le sauna était hors service, ce qui est regrettable pour un hôtel qui se targue d’avoir un spa. Les chambres étaient très petites, la moquette n’était pas très propre et une résidence se trouvait directement devant l’hôtel, nous empêchant d’ouvrir les rideaux.

"Personnel de réception au top, bon rapport qualité prix"

La personne à la réception était très aimable, la chambre était confortable, la piscine chauffée agréable, et le petit déjeuner correct.

La femme de chambre peu aimable qui répond à peine quand on lui parle, avait tenté de nous joindre pour faire la chambre, pendant qu'on était dans l'eau (donc sans nos téléphones), a été désagréable (pas de réponse quand on s'en excusait et visage fermé). Elle devrait changer de métier. La voie d'accès au parking est peu rassurante, peu éclairée, pas de trottoir pour les piétons, et il se trouve dans une rue un peu éloignée de l'hôtel. Prévoir de déposer les bagages devant l'hôtel avant d'aller se garer.
