Williamsburg Manor B&B

The stay was lovely!! We really enjoyed Valerie and Clair and they couldn’t have been nicer! Breakfast was delish too! One suggestion: a full length mirror in the rooms?

The breakfast food was wonderful. We were in The South Hampton Room and the bed was very difficult to get in and out of; they provided a step stool to help to get in the bed. They do not clean the rooms on a daily unless you ask the servant to do so during breakfast. To obtain clean towels, you must retrieve them from the storage closet. Unfortunately, there was a sewage type smell in the stairwell that would sometimes invade the rest of the house. The home sits alongside the college campus, so you will hear lots of traffic, since the windows are older.

Loved this place! Amazing customer service and we had a blast! It’s walking distance to many sites and I will be coming back !

Great location and stay. Beautifully decorated inn. First day breakfast was outstanding but second day was a bit more average quality. Fruits and eggs from premises. Bed was very high 4 poster and required stairs for me to get in so a bit nervous on safety but very comfortable for sleeping. Snacks and beverages in kitchen with excellent coffee machine. Overall, we would stay at this location again.

Sewer smell coming from the room we stayed in on the bottom floor. The one staff member tried pouring bleach in the shower and toilet but the smell never went away. They never offered to adjust our stay or move us. The owner never came to address the situation. Glad we only booked three nights.

Told me they were moving us across the street because of a supposedly simultaneous booking of the whole house while the owner was 'out of the country' (despite it all being digital online). Room we were told we were getting was smaller and the bed was a twin trundle for my two teens. Was told I would get photos of the refurbished room but never received. Very poor customer service.

We loved our stay. The bed was so so comfortable. One of the most comfy beds we've slept in! The b&b is adorable, walking distance to everything, and the breakfast is homemade cooked fresh and absolutely delicious! Feels more like you are spending your vacation in a nice home with all the amenities rather than a hotel/inn since they keep it so quaint and homey! We will absolutely stay again when we come back to Williamsburg!! Thank you!
