The Silk Pincushion - Easy access to downhill skiing

Great location, great hosts, very clean and remodeled in the old downtown neighborhood. Enjoyed it very much!

Excellent stay, beautiful house two blocks from downtown Golden and the Coors Brewery. Dennis and Judy are excellent hosts. Breakfast was superb, as was the company. Dennis and Judy joined us and the rest of the guests at breakfast and we all sat and talked for at least an hour. We will definitely be back!

Staying at the Silk Pincushion was AWESOME!! Judy and Dennis are great hosts. Perfect location to downtown Golden and close to Red Rocks for our concert. Dennis gave us great recommendations for a drive through Guenella Pass which was breathtaking!! Rooms very comfortable. Breakfast was great. We had to leave at 5 AM to catch a flight and Judy packed us scones and fruit. 5 star recommendation! Will definitely return when we come back to Red Rocks!!

The home and hosts are delightful. The breakfast was delicious and different every day. The location is easy walking range to all of downtown Golden and Mines campus.

The property was absolutely pristine, the management friendly, the neighborhood was well kept and, and the breakfast in the morning engaging and delicious.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious! The owners are really lovely. The only drawback were the sheets and paper products.

A very friendly place to stay. They made the experience just like we were coming home to our own house. An easy walk into town that kept the noise down especially on a Saturday night. Rooms are suitable for a couple and would be a little crowded with a child.

Skip the hotel and stay here. Dennis and Judy make you feel right at home with a fantastic breakfast every morning. The house is a 3 minute walk to Downton Golden and you can come and go as you please with perfect privacy.

Absolutely fantastic place! Best place to stay after seeing a show at Red Rocks! Judy and Dennis are awesome!!!
