Staff seemed stressed and consequently somewhat surly. Instead of explaining cleaning staff was running late, invoked the 15:00 checkin rule when I got there at14:50. Then as he was finally checking me in he explained that the system locked him out until a room opened up. Leading with "I'm sorry but.." is not the wrong approach.

I did not find anything negative

I stayed with them but booked the wrong date and yet the refused to cancel my reservation even tho I stayed there and spent money with them already

I liked that it was dog friendly with a doggie station in the grassy area right next to the entrance

Overly crowded and parking is limited so we had to fight for parking each day we left the hotel. Even the diamond member(which we are) spots were taken up

Everything was excellent

When we got there AJ was so accommodating and helpful. Our hotel room was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed. When we called the desk they were very respectful and genuine. Looking forward to staying here again!

While the property is fairly clean, there’s definitely room for improvement. The room doesn’t have enough lighting. And Unlike other hotels in this price range, there was no coffee available in the lobby, the breakfast is 15 dollars which normally would be free in another hotel this level. Hilton diamond member only gets 10 dollars off for the whole bill. The condition of the bedding also needs attention — the bedsheet was so old it actually had holes. The shower amenities were incomplete, as the conditioner dispenser was completely empty. It is good price and a clean hotel, but I don’t think I will stay again.
