Martinique Whitsunday Resort

The view over Airlie Beach was great. The view over the pool - not so good. Sitting on our balcony we could be seen by people coming and going and anyone in or around the pool. For a 4Star complex it was Very overrated.

The apartment was very dark, very dated, needs a lot of repair. The bathroom was particularly bad. There is a shower over bath, a very high step to get into the shower. All chrome ware was corroded, the toilet roll holder kept falling off the wall. There was no fan in the bathroom, just a small opening window. The towels did not dry overnight. The bathroom also need regrouting and the floor grout was filthy. The kitchen was ok, there was a rusty bowl in the cupboard.

The view was amazing and we also enjoyed the pool.

We would have appreciated a few more bath towels and wash clothes as we were there for 4 nights and without a dryer we could not wash the towels and wash clothes. Also would be nice to have a dryer.

Location and view was amazing, pool and spa were beautiful ❤️.

We felt that the resort and and rooms are looking a bit tired, could do with updating.

Great view and close to everything! Hill is tough but gets easier every time you walk up, kind of works like built in exercise haha. Loved the hut tub after long days of exploring:)

Really loved the accommodation, the beautiful clean pool and spa, and the spectacular views. All staff were friendly and helpful. Nice short walk down to town, and a cheap Cab ride back if you weren't up to the walk back up the hill. Will be back. Thank you.
