Sauberes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, ruhige Lage. Unser Zimmer hatte einen schönen Ausblick über einen hinter dem Hotel liegenden Olivenhain.

Die Anlage ist schön, aber schon teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sehen teilweise stark gebraucht aus. Das Personal ist größtenteils sehr freundlich. Die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend. Nachdem die Küchenzeilen zurück gebaut worden sind, ist es für Familienurlaube unattraktiver geworden.

Haben uns unglaublich toll bei einer Auto Panne unterstützt. Versucht Mechaniker zu organisieren. Sonderpreis in einer Notsituation gemacht. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Lake Garda Resort in Moniga del Garda hat unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die engagierten Putzfrauen , Gärtner und Handwerker sowie der gepflegte Poolbereich. Negativ: sehr abgelegen, extrem kleines Zimmer für unsere Familiengröße, viele Defekte (Türgriff, Schlüsselkarte, Kühlschrank), eine unbrauchbare „Küche“ ohne Spülbecken oder Herdplatte, schwaches Frühstück mit defekten Kaffeemaschinen und kaum Auswahl. Ohne Auto kaum erreichbar. Für uns kein Vier-Sterne-Standard – wir würden nicht wiederkommen.

Rengøring var elendig, og morgenmad mega kedeligt med tørt brød. Aircondition larmede meget. Men udover det, så var personalet venligt og hjælpsom og poolen var hyggelig og tilpas størrelse.
