"Hotel staff that goes that extra mile and a bit more"

Amazingl hotel with super comfortable and clean rooms. Lavazza coffee machine in each room makes each morning more inviting. Beautiful food at the reastaurant, especially breakfast, served by friendly and charming staff. Great location. A lot to see in the area. Special thank you goes to Roger who was very helpfull and arranged taxi for me to be collected from Cork airport very late in the evening. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

"Christmas in Killarney"

From the moment we arrived the warm welcome was palpable. A kind employee offered me his parking space as it was really busy and pouring rain. The receptionist was very warm and helpful and the bedroom had everything we needed. We later ate at the Lane, the hotel restaurant and the food was really good. Our waitress Laura was very friendly and efficient. The following morning we had a delicious breakfast . This was a pre Christmas catch up with a friend and I couldn't praise the Ross highly enough. Thank you to all for making it a memorable experience. Norma

"Clean, friendly staff and great breakfast"

We really enjoyed this stay! Big and clean rooms, central location, friendly staff, free car parking, great breakfast. Car parking was a key concern for us as we were on a roadtrip. They offered free car parking across the road, but would note there are limited spots which may fill up in summer/peak periods. Breakfast was great! €10 for continental and €16 for full breakfast - good prices for very fulsome meals. Staff were very helpful, including letting us know about the weather conditions before we set off.
