Cortesia e professionalità dello staff, disponibile e attento ad ogni esigenza. Camera spaziosa e pulita, ogni giorno veniva sistemata con grande cura. Colazione abbondante e varia. La cena molto ottima. Pozione strategica a pochi km dalle più belle spiagge della costa est. Un grazie a tutto il team, e soprattutto un grande ringraziamento va a Gianni che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Torneremo sicuramente. Consigliato

Freundlicher Empfang, ruhig. Essen war okay, Frühstück ausreichend. Strand und Restaurants in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

In die Jahre gekommene Anlage. Für den Preis doch sehr einfach.

"Schlechte Stornierungsbedingungen und Kommunikation"

Die Kommunikation bezüglich unserer Stornierung war unzureichend. Trotz mehrfacher Anrufe (5x) und Nachrichten 3 Tage vor unserer Ankunft erhielten wir immer nur die gleiche Antwort: Der Manager sei nicht erreichbar, und eine Stornierung könne aus diesem Grund nicht erfolgen. Das ist enttäuschend und zeigt mangelnde Flexibilität.

freundliches Personal, sehr schöne Zimmer, gepflegte Pool Anlage

jeden Tag Menü mit Fleisch oder Fisch, wenige bis gar keine vegetarischen Optionen. Personal war bemüht, wirkte jedoch eher überfordert mit vegetarischer Ernährung.
