Courtyard by Marriott Oklahoma City North/Quail Springs

Where to begin. From the time I got there to the time I left there was a dead roach in the lobby. First room I entered 138 dog hair all in the bed talk to guy at front desk get room 140 human hair in bed shower dirty snot tissue in the drawers how hard is it to clean? Never again

The staff was pleasant and helpful. I think they should continue to remodel and/or deep clean some of the rooms. Overall, the Courtyard is a nice place to stay with a great location.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed here…it’s perfect for me as I am traveling cross country alone…

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Courtyard by Marriott - OKC North, and I must commend the exceptional hospitality and customer-centric focus I experienced during my visit. The Front Desk Manager, Jeana Vorakoth, truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. When we encountered an issue with our original room due to someone smoking in it, Jeana promptly and efficiently arranged for us to move to another room. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for our well-being made a significant difference in our stay. Jeana's dedication to providing outstanding service is truly commendable, and she is a shining example of what excellent customer service should be. Thank you, Courtyard by Marriott - OKC North, and especially Jeana Vorakoth, for making our stay memorable. We look forward to returning in the future!

Overall very poor experience. The rooms are drab and the beds not Marriott quality from mattresses to sheets. Throughout the hotel you can see signs of disrepair and aging, with meager attempts at renovating, such as a quick new coat of paint on some walls. I went directly below my room to relax in an open area in the evening, to be told that a separate party has rented out the area from the hotel and I was rudely forced to leave. It looks just like the rest of the hotel, and it appears the management is trying to make some extra rent at the expense of its main guests. It appears this location was built to be quality but hasn’t been maintained well. By far my worst Marriott experience.

The location is great, and the facility is as well, but what makes this truly special is the staff. Jeana on the front desk went above and beyond to help place me in room that suited my needs.

I have stayed in this facility on a prior “excursion.” The facility was as expected—somewhat dated, but satisfactory to my needs. Early check-in was seamless.
