"Bad price promise"

I was forced to pay an additional 50.00 before the front desk would give me my room key. When I tried to explain that I had already paid via Affirm he asked what that has to do with anything. So now I have an unknown unexplained 50 00 charge on my debit card. I would like to have that charge removed.
