"Most rooms lacking hot water"

We’ve stayed at this hotel on average of at least 20 days per year for the past two years. Everything was great up until about a month ago when we checked into a room with no hot water. We suffered through a cold shower the first morning and then had to be moved three times before we finally got a room with hot water. We were told that “no one else has complained about no hot water”. Fast forward three weeks and we check back in only to have to move rooms twice before getting a room with hot water. This time it was admitted that there were issues with the boiler, but that it probably wouldn’t be fixed until after the remodel was completed sometime next year. Long story short, great staff and great hotel as long as you can tolerate NO HOT WATER.
