Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Worth-Fossil Creek

We love the location and this hotel. The room itself has plenty of space and parking is great. Unfortunately the last 2 visits at this hotel, the conditions could be better. The lights on the mirror over the vanity were out making it difficulty to get ready, and the iron was not working. Last visit, we found socks under the ottoman's from a previous guest.

Great hotel! Brandon at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. We had a great stay! We will come back again soon. .

We had an amazing stay. The staff was wonderful especially Brandon, he did a fantastic job at making us feel at home. Will definitely be back.

Front desk staff was amazing Jeff, Brandon and the young lady from the morning (I didn't catch her name) were excellent. The hotel does appear to be in need of a facelift, the room we stayed in did seem a bit outdated, breakfast wasn't the greatest... overall great stay but there could be improvements!

Evening and overnight staff were super friendly. We had a slight issue that had nothing to do with checking in or the hotel and Brandon was so helpful. He went out of his way to get us what we needed. We are very grateful he was there to help! Breakfast room was quite, lots of options, and yummy. Hotel pillows were great and beds were comfy, especially after the long days we had. The hot tub is very relaxing as well. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back when we are in the area.

We checked in on Friday, August 1st and Grabke checked us in. He was extremely polite and was very helpful. I wanted to give the housekeeping staff on the 2nd floor gave excellent room service for extra towels ect. The breakfast buffet by far was the best I've ever had at any Hampton Inn. The quality and taste was beyond my expectations. It was clean and everything was so fresh. I hope to stay here again if we visit Forth Worth again.

The front desk clerk was outstanding ! Grable went out of his way to brighten up my stay. Also the social hour was wonderful !!! I will return.

Stopped by the lobby for snacks around 2a and met the overnight worker who definitely brought a very different kind of hospitality. He smelled like bud and seemed like he’d been drinking. Made an observational comment until he offered me some At first, I wasn’t even sure he worked there. It was definitely one of those hotel nights you don’t forget. Worked out for me though I got comp snacks and even my drink.
