"Extraordinary Stay"

I would like to say this was mostly an average stay at a Hampton Inn (not saying it was bad or mediocre), room was cleaned and well stocked, breakfast was good, and the location made it feel like nothing was too far away. What made this stay extraordinary was the front desk clerk. A specific clerk, Brandon (he was working the night of Dec. 5, 2025). Brandon was amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was more than average. The air conditioner in our first room was making some odd noises, and Brandon wasted no time in trying to fix the issue. While we were gone to a concert Brandon worked his magic in moving us to a new room when he was unable to fix the air conditioner. Just few moved bags when we got back and we were all set. For the remainder of our stay whenever Brandon would see us, he was checking to make sure we were satisfied. Brandon is one-in-a-million!

We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting our kids and 3 beautiful grandkids in Haltom City/Fort Worth. Everyone there was soooooo pleasant! Not once did we feel like we were an "intrusion", like many other places we stayed during our month-long vacation. The best of the best, though, was Kim at the reception desk...what a sweetheart of a lady. Thank you, Kim, for being so sweet to us! We definitely will be Excellent stayon our next baby-trip!!

Personnel was amazing, very knowledgeable, helpful, empatic. Specially Brandon and Mrs. kim definitely stood out and definitely in near future when I consider and place to relax and get away from things I recommend this hotel. It was always clean, service was great, breakfast. Room temperature was great as well no issues. Atmosphere was very friendly, clean, relaxing, location was in great place alot of places nearby to.eat, visit. And very competitive pricing very good.
