"The stay was plesant with helpful staff and spatious rooms."

We upgraded to a suite. The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the heated pool. The place was great for children. Breakfast has a lot of options and we found something for each child to enjoy.

There was not anything that we did not like.

Clean, friendly staff.

The pillows in my room looked so fluffy but when I laid my head on them, they became flat. I had to sleep with 4 pillows under my head just to get comfortable enough to fall asleep. The free gift bag at check in was cheesy. For the price you pay to stay, I believe the gift bag should maybe have company swag, a souvenir with the name of the city, a gift certificate or coupon for eateries or shops, etc.

The location was nice. Walking path by hotel and resterant nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. When voiced concerns, Jennifer, the manager, listened and gave gift cards for the Pitalian restaurant. She also gave us a treat basket.

Our room was right next to the icemachine that was noisy.
