Pretty facade and nice big pool.

It’s extremely outdated, a bit dirty and just creepy. It’s right off the highway, under the train tracks. Needs a serious makeover. The towels and duvet cover are so so old theyre all faded and worn down so thin. The faucets are so old and loose and dirty.

Bel établissement qui regorge de surprises, terrasses au 1er étage, belle et grande piscine, bains à remous,belle véranda pour pdj et diner, Mais sb vieillotte, baignoire avec rideau, peu de place pour mettre la gde valise. Manque d'ambiance, musique,meubles salon extérieur à changer, service insuffisant. Attention ne pas se présenter avant 14h car portail fermé. Par contre on a pu faire un last check-out à 19h, ce qui nous a permis de passer l'après-midi à la piscine. En conclusion : belle batisse, beaux extérieurs mais vit sur le passé. Il faudrait la volonté de dynamiser le personnel et changer certains mobiliers en mauvais état , nettoyer la piscine et anticiper les besoins des clients. Enfin. L'hôtel, havre de paix est à 13' du centre

Es war alles sehr schön und das Personal sehr freundlich. Allerdings ist die Lage des Hotels ohne Auto ungünstig.

We chose this hotel as an overnight stop before flight tomorrow. Our room has one shuttered eindiw that looks onto our neighbour's front door and patio. With shutters closed for privacy the room is dark and airless. We decided to eat at the hotel restaurant as Bari was so busy. We were the only diners and now I know why: I'm afraid to say what was served to us was the worst food I have ever eaten. It looked unappetizing and tasted worse. Veal with carrot and strawberry salad?? Ravioli stuffed with mashed potato and slathered in flavourless tomato sauce and topped with squid - the squid was not even listed as an ingredient?? It was dense, flavourless and has left me feeling quite queasy. On the up side, the wine was nice. We left quickly. Would not recommend restaurant sadly.

No lo consideramos un hotel 4 estrellas. El personal de recepción no es agradable no te dan ninguna información no tienen espíritu de servicio. Sin embargo los mozos de Restaurant son serviciales y de excelente trato así como también el personal de limpieza. La bañera tiene duchador de mano solamente porq es Imposible colocarlo para ducha común. La bañera es grande y peligrosa. En gral falta mantenimiento. Son Lindos los jardines y olivares.

Hotel itself is nice enough. Just can’t walk anywhere as a main road in front. So £20 taxi ra h time to centre. Restaurant was shut on Sunday when I arrived and was not open until Tuesday night. So taxi it was. Wanted to use the pool but that was closed until mid June. Tried to use the wellness centre tonight and when I was going in was told it was 30 Euros. No mention of that. So if you are looking for the pool or wellness centre. Be careful. And the restaurant opening is not every night.

The hotel was gorgeous. It is a bit out of the way from the historic center but that is exactly what we wanted. we had an early flight and needed something closer to the airport that had parking and dining. The restaurant was great. The grounds and the pool were pristine.
