"what a lodge should be."

Lovely friendly hotel, in picturesque grounds, Friendly front desk staff. comfortable with great bathroom shower. No request was too much trouble. Simple but tasty menu with hige portions both at breakfast and dinner.would stay again.

The hotel was lovely nice and relaxing very clean staff friendly and welcoming food was great portions a little big for me breakfast i enjoyed colin the waiter was wonderful and easy to get along with.

A beautiful old place with a lovely atmosphere. Our standard room was spacious and nicely appointed, the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything about this hotel was so good that I couldn't find one negative thing to say and thoroughly recommend it.

Loved the cooked to order breakfast rather than the buffet style which can be hit or miss. So nice to have toast brought to the table in a toast rack. Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Dined there on one evening, simply delicious. Owners were happy to recommend eating options elsewhere. All in all we simply must recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Banff area.
