"Hier und dort sind Reparaturen erforderlich."

Zentrumsnah

Die Fenster ließen sich nur komplett öffnen; nachts wäre zum Beispiel eine Kippstellung von Vorteil. Evtl. waren sie defekt. Der Duschkopf im Bad ließ sich nicht arretieren und fiel dauernd herunter. Die Türen der Duschkabine ließen sich nur schwierig verschließen. Parkgebühren m.E. zu hoch.
