Tokoriki Island Resort - Adults only

Gorgeous setting, fabulous staff. The best vacation experience we have ever had!

We had a taste of the Tokoriki Island Resort last Christmas when we stayed at the neighboring Sheraton and ventured over for dinner one night, and after that night we decided we had to come back. This time we stayed 3 nights at the Tokoriki Island Resort over the June long weekend and had our expectations exceeded in all ways. The friendliness and professionalism of all staff was a highlight with special mention to Noa the duty manager and Kara from the restaurant who remembered us from our dinner last Christmas. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful scenery, delicious food, and the most attentive staff you could ask for!

We had a fantastic stay. The room was the best I have ever stayed in. The staff were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble. The view from the Villa was outstanding. We woke up to the sight of the ocean.

Almost canceled our trip due to the cyclone and hearing that Fiji was not up to par yet however we are so glad we didn't!! From the moment you arrive @ Tokoriki Island you feel at home. They welcome you with open arms, always remember everyones names and yet give you complete privacy. Our grown daughter, my husband and I enjoyed the delicious meals and famous ice cream. Best food ever, seriously. The night @ the Japanese steak house was so much fun too! Everyone we met was happy with their decision to stay there and enjoyed visiting with one another. Fijians are some of the happiest people on earth and they take care of you like family. Optional excursions daily were well planned and in small groups so you could really enjoy them.

It was our first trip to Fiji and Tokoriki, so we had some high standards... we booked it for 2 nights and when we arrived we were warmly welcomed which was nice. But after that, our stay was pretty ordinary. They don't have tv or Internet access in the room- just at the lobby. But they also don't have phones- so if you need anything, you have to always go to the lobby. There aren't much to do- so you have to either do an excursion for extra fee or just relax. We slept almost 12 hours every day because we were so bored...and i believe good food is the one of the most important thing- which i was disappointed. Food here is very expensive and just okay. The view and the rooms are amazing- really good for relaxing, but that was it for us. I would recommend for a couple who are just wanting to relax and that is the only purpose for their trip.

Tokoriki truly felt like home. The Fijian staff are genuine and warm. The location is idyllic ,the water is clean, clear and tropically warm. The villa’s are spacious and private. This location is truly a place where you can reconnect with life, slow down and spend time enjoying your significant others company. There is no rush placed on anyone during your stay. The food is bountiful but could have a healthier, lighter approach .Staff do try to accommodate any food requests when asked. Tokoriki is a place you will definitely want to revisit , time and time again. Bula Vanaka!

Great vacation place. However, would be good if they had wi-fi in rooms as well.

Loved Tokoriki resort. We had a private beach front bure with a plunge pool - worth the extra $$- why not you're on your honeymoon! Be prepared to spend $$ for food..we got the food package which worked out around AU 100 p/p day. Spa massage experience very nice too. Take up the picnic to the private beach with your other half and really enjoy your own private island even for 4 hours! Above all, the service staff absolutely beautiful unassuming friendly people. This would be my choice over the other resort on the island for it's natural beauty charm and privacy. Will be back again!

Certainly exceeded our expectations. The most beautiful, quiet escape EVER! The staff are so friendly and i cannot fault anything. Beautiful beach, snorkelling, kayaking, lovely food, great music. The villa was absolutely stunning and the resort has been tastefully decorated. A true Fijian experience. The staff are always smiling and "how do they all remember your name?". Management could not do enough for us and nothing was too much trouble. The gardens were so pretty and the food delicious. The beach was so lovely with plenty of snorkelling and water sports available.
