Hotel Quarteirasol

Boa localização, bom atendimento, hotel bonito e limpo. O pequeno almoço era muito bom.

No site avia duas opções de cama, 2 de solteiro ou uma de casal, selecionei casal, cheguei lá era duas de solteiro juntas que durante a noite se separava. Paguei o valor normal com intenções de usar o ginásio e a piscinas, ambos estavam indisponíveis, acho que devia ter sido aviso com antecedência pois estou pagando o valor cair para poder utilizar tudo oq tenho direito. Mandei mensagem para o hotel pedindo para mudar o horário de check in, fui respondida que seria possível alterar, quando cheguei falaram que era mensagem automática, acho que deviam deixar claro que não há possibilidades de trocar o horário, pois eu fiz planos e tive que mudar em cima da hora.

O colchão é péssimo para um 4* deviam pelo menos ter um topper para não se notar as covas no colchão 🙄

Le personnel était agréable, surtout Monsieur Pedro. Le petit déjeuner était correct et il y avait un peu de tout. L'hôtel est bien situé lorsqu'on veut faire de la plage.

La chambre n'était pas très propre (beaucoup de poussière au sol et le contour des fenêtres de la salle de bain étaient noires. Nous avions réservé cet hôtel ayant accès à une piscine pour pouvoir profiter en cas de vent et/ou d'impossibilité de se baigner dans la mer et nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser, car il y avait des travaux à côté de l'hôtel. Très décevant, nous n'avons pas eu d'informations à ce sujet, uniquement le jour du départ et il semblerait que les gens qui réservent sur Booking n'ai pas les mêmes informations que ceux qui passent par leur site.

The location was ideal for walks on the esplanade that takes you all the way to Vilamoura. There is a number of great bars and restaurants to have your lunch of evening meal. The room itself was clean and comfortable. We had breakfast each morning which was included, but I would rate it only a 6/10 as the plates were very small and the selection limited.

As we stayed in April maybe the facilities weren’t quite ready as the pool area was being worked on and although they had the space in the lobby, nobody actually sat there to chill unless waiting for a taxi. The view from our window was not “ocean view”, but rather the stagnant green water of a disused swimming pool next door, not nice at all.

Great location beside the beach and lovely view from our room on the eighth floor. Staff at reception were very nice and helpful. Very quiet and had a good sleep. Breakfast was good with all that you need to fill up on.

There were cups and a kettle in the room but no tea, coffee, milk or sugar supplied - there was a list in the room with these items that you had to pay for them and they were quite pricey - never seen this before in a hotel as they have always been supplied.
