Hotel Materada Plava Laguna

Tolle Lage, schöner Ausblick. Alles sehr sauber. Das Essen war viel besser als erwartet, da sollte jeder etwas finden. Trotz Nebensaison (Oktober) war es besonders im Speisesaal (und dieser ist wirklich sehr groß und hat Kantinencharakter) sehr laut.

Buono x la qualità/ prezzo, unico neo troppo puntuale l’orario di fine colazione e cena.

Bis auf dem Essen (wie in der Schulkantine) war alles ok

Das ganze Angebot ist in Ordnung, da wir schon zum 3.Male dieses Hotel bebucht haben.

struttura molto comodo con parco eccelente mare pulito e clima ottimo.

The negatives are, some of the staff are really rude, the food (we only had breakfast as ate out for the other meals) isn’t great and limited options. The hotel is beautiful aesthetically but unfortunately the service,food and activities for adults on offer let it down. It’s not advertised as an overly family orientated hotel was a bit disappointing to be trying to enjoy a drink in the reception in the bar and have kids running round on scooters nearly knocking into us.

The main issue is the food and the restaurant. Overall dining experience is nowhere near the hotel official rating. Food repetitive, low quality and variety. Service could be better organised and delivered. I have spoken to reception about the food issue and was meant to be contacted by the Hotel Manager but nobody approached me to discuss.

Kind staff, good foods, nice area, beauty garden, super pool and beach. The parking lot is fantastic and super cheap. Good restaurants around.
