"San Marina has bed bugs and they will give them to you"

Nothing, it was dirty the staff was rude and it has bed bugs even though they denied it but yet they had old mattresses from every room piled but dumpster. Plus I have pictures .I want a refund

Everything bed bugs bed bugs bed bugs bed bugs and more bed bugs from one room to the next bed bugs bed bugs in my luggage bed bugs on my stuff had to throw all my stuff away because they had more bed bugs which they tried to deny but they had a whole pile of all the mattresses in the hotel out by the dumpster and I have pictures to prove that they had it and they don't want to give me a refund even though I had to throw all my stuff out because it was infested with what bed bugs I want a refund I want a full refund
