The property was beautiful. It was a great value. We traveled with our best friends and they made sure our rooms were close together last minute. The staff was friendly. The food was much better than I’d anticipated. Our butler wasn’t great. Our tv wasn’t connected to the internet for 2-3 days. If you looked closely you could see some repairs and updating was needed. Overall a great experience though.

The property was beautiful and everyone was amazing. Our Butler Rodny went above and beyond during our entire stay, he was WONDERFUL, EXCEPTIONAL. My sista and daughter and myself will certainly be back. What an experience.

Our butler Rodny went above and beyond for us. He checked in on us daily while ensuring everyday was paradise for us. From reservations to recommendations i cant say there was any stone he left unturned. When we return we will definitely request Rodny as our butler. He didn't seem like a butler but moreso our family-friend. Loved everything about the resort and he was the perfect added touch

The property is amazing. It has so much to offer for both families and couples. The best part of the resort is the staff, it’s unbelievable how courteous and welcoming the staff was, so many great interactions. I would like to thank Sandy, the guy was amazing took care of every single request we had. He made the entire experience so much better.

We just got back from the best trip! We had a romance pool side room and it was huge! Loved the restaurant, the Italian that starts with a Tra. Excellent carbonara, we had that twice. All we ate, we loved. Breakfast and lunch at the buffet and Carmen was an absolute treasure❤️. She even had flowers on our table. The bartender was incredible, the one closest to building 56. Rodney was our butler and he really took care of us. Booked all our dinner reservations and we just let him pick for us. I would recommend this resort to try out. We already have plans to return next year.
