The Sandy Duck

The first impressions were fantastic with a very personal and warm welcome from Rebecca. She showed us around the hotel and our room, which was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfasts are truly wonderful and very personalised to your own taste, with fantastic presentation and choices. The afternoon classes and tea are a real pleasure and again is a very nice touch!

Couldn’t connect TV to any of our Netflix or apps due to internet connection.

We visited the Sandy Duck on a whim, fleeing a less pleasant hotel up north. We could not have wished for a better refuge! The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was cozy, quiet, and beautifully decorated, and the location was great. An easy walk to the beaches, harbor, and harborside restaurants and shops. Breakfast was delightful with a lot of creative options available. Falmouth itself was a great destination. I'd recommend this place to everyone!

Great location , property rooms and staffs. Amaya welcoming. The breakfasts are excellent and much better than the hotels in Falmouth.

Very clean and cosy, as well as nice and quiet! Bed was super comfy and room had everything you needed. Staff were lovely and on hand most of day if you need anything or have any questions. The included breakfast is also brilliant.
