Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Hobbs

Staff were all very nice. I did not eat breakfast but it looked great. The location is perfect as it is close to the casino. There are also good restaurants close by. The facility is being remodeled so it will be totally beautiful once completed.

I cannot really complain about anything. Staff are usually wonderful. The only thing is the remodeling but not a big deal.

breakfast was ok it was a little cold could have been hotter.

there was construction personal that were loud through out the night, making alot of noice and singing loud in the corridors

We love Hawthorn Suites, but this one is still under renovations. The office staff did not explain that some rooms may not be up to Hawthorn standards. No coffee maker, pillows were small, bathtub needed much attention. I am sure once the make over is complete, this location will be very nice, but it would have been nice to know this before reservations were made.

The hotel was under construction which is crazy because we were there exactly 1 year ago for a tournament and it was under construction than to. Still no pool , the sink in the kitchen area had food in it wasn’t from us we had just checked in, there were moths and a couple other dead bugs on the floor. The outside was super trashy. I said last time I was not gonna stay there again and didn’t realize till we got there but I had already paid so we had to stay there.

Wonderful staff, quiet room, great selection of channels, and a comfortable bed!

Hotel is in transition and remodel is good. Our room was clean, but still in need of remodel completion. Somethings cannot be upgraded because of the property's construction and layout. Our room was at the end of the hallway and our sleep was interrupted throughout the night from voices in the stairwell to slamming doors. Zero insulation for sound barriers. Some projects cannot be remodel and still be functional. 😔

I didn't like the fact that it was under construction and was not notified. No pool or work out room available

The security latch on our door was broke, the room was missing dining chairs for the dining table, the wall were paper thin and we could hear everything in the rooms next door, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
