Hyatt Place Chesapeake

Not much. Room was OK, bed was comfortable. Breakfast meh.

Lots of renovations underway, Difficult to get to/from room. On check-in, staff showed me to a fire door, outside and around from the lobby, as an entry point because the 1st floor hallway was being resurfaced. Location was in a large shopping area/msll - did not feel particularly safe. We had a pet, and walking areas were very limited.

The location was good for me

It was just okay. There was renovations going on so I can’t really give a fair judgement but in my room there was a gap in the wall where my thermostat was and just sloppy work done around the room. It worked for what we needed but I won’t come back

Decent hotel, clean and nice pool and breakfast

Rooms were well laid out

Construction was going on, but that's a sign of progress

We liked the ample counter space near the sink to unpack our toiletries (outside of the bathroom)

The bathroom was really tiny and there was no place to put clothes or a towel except on the floor or toilet while showering.
