Great central location for the markets and sightseeing. The room is fairly basic but clean and comfortable and good value. The breakfast was awesome with loads of choice.
Well located hotel close to transport, dining options and shopping. The bathroom leaked a lot so we couldn’t keep things in there dry, but the room was a good size.
Great value for money right on the high street. Location is very walkable to everywhere. Beds comfy. Modern bathroom.
Everything was great, very good location in city centrum. Room was spacious, clean, little bit cold when we arrived but there is AC. Good breakfast and it wasn´t crowded. They also provide luggage stroage. All the staff were very nice and helpful.
All the staff that we encountered were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was situated on one of the main streets, making it easy to access public transport, shops and restaurants. It was an ideal location, and check-in/out was simple and easy. The room was great - high ceilings and a great amount of space. We really enjoyed our stay there, and would recommend.
Very good location
Staff very accomodating, housekeeping is daily, good breakfast, great location for dining, shopping and transportation. Walkable to top attractions. Minor complaint is we can hear the elevator go up and down as our room was across it. Also, watch for the shower as water can spill on the floor.
The staff was excellent! I'm sorry I don't have names but the gentleman who checked us in offered us a room early. The next day a different desk worker booked us tickets for Vienna. Our last day, upon checkout, I showed the woman at the desk a message we got from the train. She looked on line and determined our train was cancelled due to flooding. She helped us coordinate a ride to Vienna with our taxi driver. All of these staff members helped us tremendously and lessened our stress! The location, rooms, and breakfast was all wonderful too. If I return to Budapest I would definitely stay again! I will also suggest to anyone I know who is going here!
